RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Billy Baker Co. our customers’ satisfaction is our highest priority. We want all our customers to be happy and our items are all handmade with the highest quality materials and attention to detail. If any of the items in your order are incorrect or defective in any way, please contact us at josh@billybakerco.com for an exchange within 14 days of the date of receipt, provided:
  1. The item is unworn and in its original condition (and)
  2. The original packing slip/invoice is included with the return.

Please note any errors or defects. Make sure all items are packed securely and shipped back in a traceable method such as UPS or FedEx. Please send at the item’s full value and keep your return tracking number. Only merchandise sent back to us can be processed for an exchange or credit.

If the exchange is due to an error on our part, we will pay the shipping costs to send a replacement to you.

All items at Billy Baker Co. are handmade to order in Dallas and therefore all sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Returns are valid within 14 days of purchase, as stated above, and can be used for exchanges or credit. We will not exchange or credit any returned item that is deemed worn or damaged by the customer.
